The primary objective of this program is to strengthen students’ leadership, academic, and interpersonal skills, which can provide the foundation for success in their personal and professional lives. LOT programming is comprised of activity-based workshops, seminars, case studies, and exposure to formal mentors.
University Outreach
We provide support to African-American MBA and undergraduate business students in the Greater Houston area by cultivating and maintaining relationships with local business schools and MBA programs, and coordinating with surrounding collegiate NBMBAA chapters.
Scholarship Program
The Houston Chapter offers scholarships annually to its LOT students, as well as undergraduate business and MBA students attending a university in the greater Houston area or originally from the greater Houston area.
